I take that back. After switching between HDR enabled and disabled (and different HDR levels) for about 15 times I cannot close the Options Menu anymore. And only 2 people left in the queue :((

Is there any specific reason why ship have lost all animation? There were ony some ships with animation before, but it seems that now there are no animations AT ALL... 
And why aren't Amarr ships in goldish color anymore. The only nice goldish one is my Navy Apoc

After setting my HDR Bloom level to Medium I cannot start the client anymore. Can anybody confirm that?

This probably depends a lot on what graphics card you have.
I'm no dev but tested a bit (Radeon 2600XT 512MB, 115Ç card, 1280*1024 resolution):
With default settings (everything off, shadows normal): 85fps (max with active vsync) in Stations
With HDR + High bloom: 43fps in stations, outside down to 30
With HDR + High bloom + Max Shadows: below 10fps in front of station, 20 inside (not really playable)
